2026 mPINC survey

CDC’s 2026 mPINC survey is now closed.

We would like to extend a BIG THANK YOU to all the hospitals that submitted their 2026 mPINC survey. The data are now being analyzed. Check back here for updates or sign up for our CDC-mPINC-UPDATE listserv where we send out periodic updates about the status of the survey and reports. If you would like to sign up, please email  mPINC@cdc.gov with your name and email address.

PDF documents available for download are for informational purposes only and should not be used to submit data. No paper copies of the survey will be accepted during survey administration.

During survey administration, CDC's contractor, Abt Global, contacts hospitals and provides a link to complete the mPINC survey. Visit the Methods page for more information. Hospitals do not need to contact CDC or their contractor unless they receive the survey link and have questions.
